Taslan is woven from nylon filament or polyester filament and nylon (polyester) air-textured yarn fabric.

The warp of Taslan fabric uses 70D nylon filament, and the weft includes 160D, 250D, 320D and other nylon air-textured yarns. There are also single weft, double weft (250D×2), and triple weft (160D×3).

The fabric weave includes plain weave and plain weave change weave (little jacquard), and 2/2 twill. Taslan can also be divided into nylon taslan and polyester taslan.

The raw material with one direction of warp and weft is air-coated yarn (nylon air-coated yarn or polyester air-coated yarn).

Mainly divided into two categories: nylon Taslan and polyester Taslan series.

Taslan—Jacquard Taslan:

It uses 70D nylon filament in the warp and 160D nylon air variation yarn in the weft; the fabric structure adopts a double flat jacquard structure and is interwoven on a water-jet loom. The fabric has a jacquard style, is more creative than the ordinary “Taslan” of the same type, and has a slightly better texture.

Taslan—Hive Taslan:

The outstanding advantages are that it is relatively comfortable to wear, has good warmth retention and breathability, and is loved by consumers. Taslan—Polyester Taslan

The only difference between nylon and nylon Taslan is the raw material. The other weaving and dyeing processes are basically the same.

The main products are:

Glossy polyester Taslan: It uses polyester glossy FDY50D and 160D polyester air-varying yarn as raw materials. It adopts jacquard weave according to 230T specifications and is woven on a water-jet loom. The cloth width is 150 cm. , the weight of each cubic meter of fabric is about 128 grams. Coupled with the subsequent printing, dyeing, jacquard and other processes, the jacquard pattern on the cloth is rich and the fabric feels smooth, making it suitable for making casual clothes and pants. The upper and lower body of the finished garment has both a sense of fashion and the charm of the times.

Matt polyester Taslan: The warp of this fabric is fully matted FDY75D, and the weft is made of polyester ATY160D. It uses a fine plain weave and is woven on a water-jet loom. It has been deeply processed in multiple steps such as shaping, dyeing, and waterproofing treatment. It is made of cloth with a width of 160 cm and a cloth weight of 85 grams per meter. It has won the long-term trust of customers with its soft feel, good waterproof performance, and strong wearing performance. In terms of color, the finished fabrics on the market are mainly dark tones, and navy blue, dark coffee and other colors are the most popular.
