When the NaCl concentration reaches a certain amount, the desizing rate no longer increases significantly with the increase of the concentration. This concentration is the appropriate concentration for adding NaCl. .

6) After immersing the fabric in the enzyme solution, only by keeping it warm and stacked for a period of time can the enzyme fully act on the fabric and achieve ideal desizing. Effect. As the stacking time increases, the enzyme’s catalytic effect on the fabric becomes more complete. However, when the stacking time reaches a certain period, the desizing effect does not improve significantly as time continues to pass.
7) For fabrics sized with modified starch and acrylic mixed sizing, the optimized desizing process is: fabric – soaking in warm water – soaking in enzyme Liquid, heat preservation, stacking, hot water washing, cold water washing and drying.
8) The optimization process of amylase desizing can basically achieve the effect of traditional caustic soda desizing on cotton fabrics. The desizing rate, moisturizing rate and The wetness and wool effect are close to those of traditional alkali desizing indicators, and the whiteness is lower than that of alkali desizing fabrics. Enzyme desizing has no effect on the fabric. There is almost no loss of fabric strength after desizing, and the fabric feels soft.
