News: Imported cotton yarn is about 10,000 tons
According to customs statistics, in March 2017, my country imported approximately 182,500 tons of cotton yarn, a year-on-year decrease of 4.24%, and a month-on-month increase of 5.18%; the country exported approximately 35,900 tons of cotton yarn, a year-on-year increase of 15.96%, and a month-on-month increase of 65.03%.
From January to March 2017, my country imported a total of 530,200 tons of cotton yarn, a year-on-year increase of 13.3%; the country exported a total of 85,900 tons of cotton yarn, a year-on-year increase of 12.72%.
In 2016/17, as of March 2017, my country had imported a total of 1.2055 million tons of cotton yarn, a slight decrease of 0.03% year-on-year; a total of 200,000 tons of cotton yarn had been exported, a year-on-year increase of 15.53%.
