Xiayi County, with textile and clothing as its leading industry, is a famous textile city in China, a well-known textile industry cluster in our province, and a provincial garment industry base. Its current spinning scale reaches 2.8 million spindles, its weaving capacity is 170,000 tons, and its clothing processing capacity 160 million pieces.
With the rapid development of the textile and garment industry, the problem of lagging chain in the printing and dyeing industry has become increasingly prominent, and it is imperative to strengthen the chain. To this end, Xiayi County is actively planning to build a modern ecological printing and dyeing technology industrial park, building a “2+X” industrial system, vigorously promoting the construction of ecological printing and dyeing technology industrial parks, and vigorously developing spinning parks, weaving parks, clothing parks, and home textile parks. Create a 100-billion-level industrial cluster integrating textile, printing and dyeing, processing to finished productexport.
The industrial park is equipped with professional modules such as energy area, printing and dyeing area, processing area, and self-purification area. During the actual construction and operation process, “seven unifications” are implemented: unified planning and design, unified construction standards, unified water supply and power supply, Unified heat source, unified gas supply, unified sewage treatment, and unified property management. In this way, we can realize the coordination of all elements of the printing and dyeing industry, full-process services, and full-cycle guarantee, and promote the development of the printing and dyeing industry into a more professional, efficient, and healthy direction.
