For sellers of unqualified products found in this random inspection, the Jinan Municipal Administration for Market Regulation has instructed the relevant market supervision and management departments to comply with the “Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China”, “Interim Measures for the Administration of Product Quality Supervision and Spot Inspections” and the National Market Supervision and Administration The General Administration, Shandong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, and Jinan Municipal Administration for Market Regulation have stipulated relevant regulations on supervision and spot inspections, and will handle unqualified results accordingly.
