Sri Lanka and China free trade agreement expected to be signed
The Sri Lankan Embassy in China stated on January 31 that the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between Sri Lanka and China is expected to be signed in 2019. Sri Lanka’s Ambassador to China Kodi Tuwaku said that Sri Lanka very much hopes to expand exports to the Chinese market and believes that “the China International Import Expo is an important platform for its products to enter the Chinese market.”
