Argentina launches second anti-dumping review investigation into Chinese denim

On September 7, 2016, Argentina’s Ministry of Original Production issued Announcement No. 434 of 2016, making a positive final ruling on the sunset review case of China’s denim anti-dumping, maintaining the minimum offshore export price limit anti-dumping measures for the products involved, and adjusting the minimum price It is US$3.93/linear meter. If the declared FOB export price is lower than the minimum price, the price difference between the two will be levied as an anti-dumping tax, which is valid for 5 years.
