Canada implements recall of Chinese girls’ dresses
On September 9, 2021, Health Canada announced a recall of Chinese-made girls’ dresses.
The recalled product is a pink gown from GreatPretenders® with wings and a wand. The specific product recall information is as follows:
After random inspection by Health Canada, it was found that the product did not meet the flammability requirements. If the product is exposed to fire sources such as candles, matches, lighters, etc., it will May catch fire, dangerous to children.
The products recalled were sold in Canada from June to September 2021, with approximately 288 units sold.
So far, no accidents or casualties have been reported.
Health Canada advises consumers to stop using this product immediately and return it to the point of purchase for a refund.
