Advantages and Disadvantages of Oxford Fabric
Combed cotton is a traditional finely woven cotton fabric, made of interlaced thin strips of high-count yarn and thick strips of weft yarn. It was launched in 1990 and named after Oxford University Named, combed cotton is also known as Oxford spinning. Combed cotton is mainly divided into five categories: check combed cotton, cotton fiber combed cotton, full elastic combed cotton, Tig combed cotton and weft combed cotton.
Advantages of Oxford textiles:
1. The Oxford fabric is soft and breathable, and the fabric will be more comfortable after wearing it.
2. Oxford fabrics are easy to care for, easy to clean and the fabric is easy to dry. Due to these characteristics, Oxford fabric is often used to produce shirts, pajamas and casual wear.
3. There are many types and styles of Oxford textiles, including Cotton and polyester-cotton blended chemical fiber fabrics, which are plain or bleached, and have better stretch and strength.
4. Oxford fabrics generally do not shrink.
Oxford fabric disadvantages:
The wear resistance of Oxford fabric is not very good, the fabric is easily damaged after friction, and the fabric is relatively transparent.
