. After dyeing, dark and light stains appear on the surface of woolen fabrics, some are localized, and some are spread over the entire piece. I don’t know why this type of defect is caused?

Answer: There are many reasons for such defects, and the analysis is as follows.
① After washing the oil stains on the fabric before coloring, the residual lotion was not washed away, or the oil stains were not washed away in time afterward. After drying, the lotion undergoes chemical changes and is difficult to wash off during washing. Sometimes due to the poor quality of the lotion, marks are left on the oil stains when washing, and less color is applied when coloring, forming light spots. Improper operation and excessive rubbing when washing oil stains will cause shrinkage in the washed area, and dark velvet spots will form after coloring.
② Containers containing powdery dye are brought into the workshop without being covered, causing the dye molecules to fly and contaminate the dyed fabrics to cause color spots, or the materials are melted near the dye vat, and the dye liquid or dye particles are splashed on the On colored objects, it causes spots of varying degrees.
③During the coloring process, some dyes have poor solubility, or the materials are not well mixed and produce agglomerates or sticky particles, which stick together with the fluff falling on the fabric and adhere to the wall of the coloring machine, which is not done in time. Wipe it off and it may come into contact with fabric and cause stains.
④ The wet blanks of woolen fabrics have been stacked for too long or improperly stored, resulting in local mildew and deterioration. When coloring, the color absorption is uneven and stains are formed. The storage time of wet blanks is generally 6 to 8 hours. Especially during the yellow mold period in summer, you should pay attention to moisture and mildew. Generally, it should be treated before dyeing.
⑤ Poor storage of woolen blanks, such as condensation water, rust water, and sewage on the roof or cold water pipes dripping on the woolen blanks; splashing of sewage or oil stains during transportation; oil and rust water dripping from the flower basket roller shaft of the coloring machine; Sewage dripped from the top of the casing of the coloring machine; the coloring machine was parked on holidays and was used directly without draining the water, water in the steam pipes, and rusty water before driving.
⑥ When shrinking, excessive foaming or excessive shrinking agent dosage will cause the fabric to slip, knot, etc., and easily cause light spots after coloring.
