At present, the scientific and technological innovation support system related to my country’s textile industry is still very incomplete. According to statistics from the Shandong Textile Industry Association, enterprise technology centers at or above the provincial level in this industry only account for 2% of the total number of enterprises above designated size in the industry, and most of the existing enterprise technology centers have not yet assumed the role of enterprise technological innovation and secondary development. From fiber manufacturing, textile processing, dyeing and finishing to textile end products, the textile industry involves a long industrial chain.
