Flame retardant finishing process of post-finished flame retardant fabrics

Flame retardant fabric finishing: Flame retardant finishing technology for textile flame retardant fabrics
There are three ways to achieve flame retardant finishing:
(1) Exhaustive flame method: flame retardants and cellulose The fibers are combined by ionic bonds or covalent bonds, making them insoluble in the fibers and achieving durable flame retardant effects.
(2) Stock solution method: Add the flame retardant directly to the spinning solution.
(3) Copolymerization method: Add flame retardant to the polymer chain segment to make the fabric have qualified fastness such as resistance to washing, bleaching, and sweat stains, and will not be absorbed by the skin.
The finished flame-retardant fabrics produced in the city mainly use organophosphorus flame retardants for flame-retardant treatment:
1. THPC (tetrahydroxymethylphosphorus chloride) ① It is white, a crystalline compound soluble in water and lower alcohols ② The aqueous solution of THPC is acidic: ③ It can react with amines, amides, phenols, alcohols, etc. . ④Similar reactions can occur with fibers.
Finishing process: padding finishing solution → drying (80-90℃), baking, washing, drying
2. Pyrovatex CP working fluid composition: flame retardant, buffer, stabilizer, catalyst, softener, fixing agent, etc.
Padding (CP) → Padding (TMM) → Baking (85℃) → Baking (160℃) → Alkali washing, water washing
3. Flame retardant finishing process of polyester-cotton blended fabrics: Tris(2,3-dibromopropyl)phosphonate (TDBPP) is used for the polyester component, and THPC is used for the cotton component. The two finishing agents can be used with the same Bath padding treatment. It is required that the two finishing agents are compatible and can be fixed under the same conditions.
Process flow: padding → drying → hot melting (180~200℃) → soaping (70~80℃) → water washing → drying.
