Dyeing production process of cotton plain cloth

Cotton fabric plain cloth dyeing and finishing textiles
The dyeing of cotton plain cloth requires four processes: pre-treatment, dyeing, finishing and finished product inspection:
(1) Pre-treatment part:
Seam turning, desizing, singeing, shaping, and bleaching , mercerized
(2) Dyeing part:
The dyeing of cotton fabrics is now Long lathe continuous pad dyeing is the main method, while vat dyeing is no longer the mainstream.
The dyed long car is divided into two parts, the front car is dyed and the rear car is fixed.
Dyeing methods vary according to the types of dyes selected. Dyes generally include reactive, Shilin, vulcanization, and paint.
(3) Finishing part:
Because the cotton cloth is processed and dyed before After a long period of time, the long car has elongated in the warp direction, shrunk in the weft direction, and has a rough feel. Post-finishing is to solve these problems:
Softness and stretch Width: Soften first to improve hand feel, then stretch. Pull out the shrinkage in the weft direction, and you can do it in one go with a shaping machine.
Pre-shrinking: Let the stretched part of the cloth pass through the rubber blanket of the pre-shrinking machine in advance. The principle of thermal expansion and contraction shrinks the cloth to the garment. Within the allowable range of cutting, the elastic fabric should be controlled at 3% warp and 5% weft; the non-elastic fabric should be controlled at 3% warp and 3% weft.
Finishing is based on customer requirements. Generally, the weft skew of plain fabric is controlled within 3%. The factory can also use its own equipment to air soft wash fabrics, etc.
(4) Finished product inspection part:
The finished cloth is tested Shrinkage, color fastness and other internal indicators required by customers, if the color indicators are qualified, the finished product can be inspected. Generally, customers agree with the American four-point standard inspection. Products that pass the inspection can be packaged.
