It adopts a program input organization to input data and modify the type data very conveniently and quickly. The main drive is a three-phase motor driving the main shaft of the loom through a belt. The electromagnetic clutch and brake are installed on the main shaft. The start and stop of the main shaft are controlled by an electronic control system. The loom runs smoothly, with little vibration, warp breakage, weft breakage and normal shutdown. The main motor can be set to stop at a scheduled time to save energy. Beating-up mechanism The reed seat is fixed on the rocking shaft through a short rocker arm, and a pair of conjugate wheels on the left and right are used to make the rocking shaft realize the beating-up action according to a specific leisure piece, so that the angle of repose is increased and the beating-up is strengthened. The weft insertion mechanism adopts foreign leading suspended guide hooks, and the weft insertion transmission adopts a space spherical four-bar linkage mechanism to drive the rapier wheel to reciprocate, so as to achieve the freedom of weft feeding and joining. The weft selection mechanism adopts the electronic weft selection method and realizes arbitrary selection of eight-color weft yarns through program settings according to process requirements. The let-off mechanism adopts a positive electronic let-off. The warp tension is sensed by a sensor and processed by the PLC and microprocessor of the electric control box to determine the speed value of the continuous let-off to ensure that the let-off amount is within the range of the warp beam. At the same time, a reasonable amount of warp let-off can be achieved. The winding mechanism adopts a positive mechanical winding mechanism, which can change the weft density exchange gear according to the weft density requirements of the fabric. Idle and automatic weft-finding system The idle and automatic weft-finding system of the loom are driven by a separate slow-speed weft-finding motor. When encountering situations such as weft breakage, the slow-speed weft-finding motor will reverse the loom through the action of the weft-finding clutch, which facilitates processing. Weft defects. Lubrication method adopts electric butter pump for centralized oil supply, and uses PLC control to timely and quantitatively add butter to each lubrication point, making the lubrication system more stable and reliable.
