Although the environmental quality assurance work plan for the third Internet Conference has not yet been released, judging from last year’s control measures, it not only covered a wide range, but was also quite powerful!

Last year, the Second Internet Conference was held from December 16th to 18th, which is exactly one month earlier than last year;
The implementation time of the environmental quality assurance measures for the second Internet Conference last year was December 8-19, 2015 (as shown below). Then perhaps we can roughly infer that the implementation time of the environmental quality assurance measures for this year’s third Internet Conference may be early November. 19th. Last year, in order to ensure the regional environmental quality during the conference, many regions in Zhejiang Province released the “List of Key Waste Gas Control Enterprises for the 2015 World Internet Conference”. Among them, the Jiaxing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, to which Wuzhen belongs, issued a list of limited production suspensions, including 197 textile companies!
In addition, the scope of environmental protection has also been extended to Shaoxing and Tongxiang, and the protection areas involving Shaoxing are “Second District and Second Road”.
▲The “Second District” refers to the area within a radius of 50 to 100 kilometers centered on Wuzhen, where the conference is held, which is classified as a strict control area, including urban areas (Yuecheng, Keqiao, Shangyu) and Zhuji City. In view of the mild pollution that will be caused by the input of cold air from the south, the area within a radius of 100 to 300 kilometers centered on Wuzhen, where the conference will be held, is a control area, including Shengzhou City and Xinchang County. “Second Road” refers to the Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway and the Shaoxing section of the high-speed railway in Shaoxing City, which will be included in the key protection scope.
As a result, a large number of companies in Shaoxing City have had no choice but to suspend production and limit production… And on the list, not only the printing and dyeing factories that produce industrial waste gas are strictly controlled, but also the printing and dyeing factories that use coal-fired boilers and the thermal power plants that supply heat are not up to standard and have stopped production. When the traditional off-season encounters “limited production suspension”
In November, the “Golden Nine and Silver Ten” are gone, and the textile printing and dyeing industry has just begun to gradually enter the off-season. However, when the scope of shutdowns between upstream and downstream companies is unequal (according to previous years, intermediate printing and dyeing companies are more likely to suspend production than upstream chemical fiber companies and downstream weaving companies), polyester chemical fiber factories may maintain a high operating rate and maintain a high operating rate. Maintain supply, while downstream textile companies have to face the problem of limited production suspension of dyeing plants. In addition to whether raw materials should be��, weaving manufacturers are more concerned about how to reasonably arrange production time when there are orders on hand, so as not to affect subsequent sales.
