India’s elastic yarn anti-dumping sunset review investigation network response coordination meeting was held

The chamber of commerce will fully cooperate with companies in responding to the lawsuits. In her speech, Wan Shuting pointed out that India has launched numerous and wide-ranging trade remedy investigations against me. Wan Shuting introduced the recent trade remedy trends in India: the Ministry of Finance has repeatedly rejected tax applications for trade remedy investigations by the investigation agencies. Exporters from the countries under investigation and Indian importers can file judicial lawsuits in Indian courts, making it possible to respond to Indian trade remedy investigations. The success rate has increased. During the sunset review of this case, the enterprise can obtain a separate tax rate by responding to the lawsuit. Wan Shuting said that the Trade Remedy Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce will strongly support companies in responding to lawsuits and encourage companies to increase their confidence and actively respond to lawsuits. Wang Dongxiao, Director of the Legal Department of the Chamber of Commerce, presided over the meeting and introduced the basic situation of the case. He pointed out that last year, my exports of products involved in the case to India declined, which was also an advantage in responding to the lawsuit. Wang Dongxiao pointed out that companies participating in industry defense have the opportunity to win the case completely and completely eliminate the case. They can increase the possibility of winning the case by exerting pressure through dialogue with the Indian investigation agency. During the free discussion session, several export companies introduced their exports of products to India during the investigation period, as well as their understanding of India’s domestic production capacity and the company applying for this case.
