The 2022 annual meeting of the Spandex branch of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association was held on August 30 at the corporate headquarters of Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base in Ningxia.
Representatives from spandex companies across the country introduced the company’s development and future development plans in 2022, focusing on the current overall market situation, industrial technology, product development, and intelligent manufacturing of the spandex industry. , development direction and other contents were discussed. In the face of this year’s market conditions, representatives attending the conference generally expressed that the next step for the industry and enterprises should be to increase product research and development efforts, carry out product differentiation development, actively expand the downstream application market, and achieve highquality in the spandex industry development.
Chen Xinwei, President of the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, said that the development of the spandex industry must grasp five points. The first is to eliminate backward production capacity, and at the same time, the pace of launching new production capacity must adapt to market demand. The second is to increase brand promotion and product differentiation development, expand downstream application areas, and enable large, medium and small enterprises to find their own development paths. The third is to follow the path of green development. Spandex companies must work against the relevant standards of my country’s “double carbon” goals and encourage companies to declare green factories. The fourth is to provide product technical services and lead downstream users into new application fields. Fifth, enterprises must maintain confidence, treat market fluctuations rationally, carry out product and technological innovation, and find new growth points.
The China Chemical Fiber Association group standard “T/CNTAC 95-2022 Green Design Product Evaluation Technical Specification Spandex” was also introduced at the meeting.
