Corrosion-resistant breathable ptfe proton membrane
The most common membrane materials currently on the market are mainly ptfe proton membranes, including GoreSelect enhanced proton exchange membranes from Gore, DuPont’s Nafion membrane series, Solvay’s Aquivion series membranes, American Dow, Japanese Aciplex and Flemion series membrane.
Ptfe proton membrane is a non-toxic, odorless and tasteless milky white highly crystalline polymer with a density of only 0.90–“0.91g/cm3. It is one of the lightest varieties of all plastics currently.
It is particularly stable in water, with a water absorption rate of only 0.01% and a molecular weight of about 80,000 to 150,000.
The formability is good, but due to the large shrinkage rate (1%~2.5%), thick-walled products are easy to dent, and it is difficult to meet the requirements for some parts with high dimensional accuracy. The surface of the product is glossy.
After years of painstaking research and development, the company not only has strong R&D strength, complete testing methods and domestically advanced experimental equipment, but also attracted a large number of outstanding technical talents.
