The 2022 National Silk Standards Committee Annual Work Meeting and Standards Review Meeting was held in Wenzhou
On September 27, the National Silk Standardization Technical Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “National Silk Standardization Committee”) 2022 annual work meeting and standard review meeting was held in Held in Wenzhou, Zhejiang. The meeting was held in a combination of online and offline formats. Nearly 80 committee members, observers and participating representatives from silk enterprises, inspection agencies, industry associations, colleges and universities, scientific research institutes and other units were on site and more than 20 people were online. Chairman Qian Youqing made a work report for 2021-2022. He summarized the work of the National Silk Standard Committee and the China Silk Association League Standard Committee in 2021-2022 from five aspects: First, straighten out the business scope and improve silk standards. system; the second is to carry out the formulation and revision of standards and improve the technical level of standards; the third is to play the role of a platform and carry out the internationalization of standards; the fourth is to deepen standardization services and further promote the development of the industry; the fifth is to carry out the construction of standards committees and build a solid foundation for standardization development . He emphasized that in 2023, we must continue to implement the spirit of the “National Standardization Development Outline” and other documents: speed up the formulation and revision of standards and strictly complete cycle management; optimize the supply structure and improve the silk standard system; leverage industrial advantages to enhance the internationalization level of standards; improve standardization services, strengthen the implementation and application of standards; strengthen the construction of the standard committee and improve the level of work security.
The meeting notified the adjustment of the duties of some members and suggestions for the addition and dismissal of members in 2022.
The meeting reviewed and approved national standards (drafts for review) such as “Regenerated Cellulose Silk Fabrics” and “Test Methods for the Content of Non-Silk Protein Substances in Silk”.
The meeting also reviewed and approved the “Silk Making Water Quality”, “Comprehensive Energy Consumption Calculation Methods and Grading Quotas for Silk Making Enterprises” and “Silk Soft Mats” industry standards (draft for review).
The China Silk Association Group Standardization Committee approved the group standards of “Antimicrobial Silk Quilt”, “Silk Floss Weight Gain Identification Test Method Pyrolysis-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry”, “Mulberry Silk Bra” and “Xiangyun Yarn Production Technical Regulations” (sent review).
